Emmerdale’s Cain Dingle spends time with fans in Beacon Bingo Redcar

Jeff Hordley, who plays ‘bad boy’, Cain Dingle on ITV1’s Emmerdale visited Beacon Bingo on Esplanade, Redcar on Thursday May 3rd.

The event saw the star of the ever popular soap meet and greet guests, pose for photos, and sign autographs with the customers.

Jeff first started out in the soap in 2000, but left in 2006, when Cain Dingle was dramatically written out of the series; however, the door was left open for a return, which occurred when he returned full time in 2009.

Commenting on the visit, Jeff said: “Thursday’s night’s atmosphere was great and I loved meeting so many Beacon Bingo customers, all of who were in high spirits.”

Rocky Richmond, Beacon Bingo Redcar’s general manager, commented: “An opportunity like this was too good to miss. It was fantastic to have Jeff in our bingo hall. Everyone was in such good mood and really had a great time all evening.”

“The event was a huge success and we were delighted to see both regular and new customers having such a good time. All of which clearly shows if you want the most exciting bingo experience in Redcar, Beacon Bingo is the place to come.”
