We are currently seeking a helpdesk and EUC technician for a placement at our Milton Keynes head office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone just starting out in their career in an IT environment.
This role will be focussed on providing solutions to the UK venues and Head Office locations and the right candidate will work as part of the IT support team to assist with logging calls, supporting the business at the Head Office as well as the Venues to keep the business running whilst looking at opportunities to improve, systems and processes.
The role will provide opportunities to develop technical skills as well as business skills, with plenty of opportunity for personal development. Along with the right personal skills, you should be able to demonstrate an ability to learn new technical skills quickly.
The right candidate will :
- Be experienced in using MS Office products
- Ability to diagnose problems with Hardware and resolve problems
- Ability to work closely with other team members to resolve complex issues with software and hardware
- Possess great communications skills
- Be fluent in English both written and verbal with GCSE Maths and English
The placement will be for a 48 week period.
