HR Administrator – Part Time – Permanent / Milton Keynes (MK5)

This part time HR Administrator role is for one of the largest and most respected brands in High Street gaming and  bingo clubs. The brand is synonymous with excitement and best value entertainment.

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised administrator to join the Human Resources function in their central support office in Milton Keynes. The role is part-time (25 hours per week) but will involve working every weekday, Monday to Friday.

An immediate start is essential.

This is a key role within a small department, providing consistent information and support in the absence of other team members whose responsibilities span the entire employment spectrum, including recruitment and training / development for the business as a whole.

The ideal person will be:

  • Familiar with HR policies/ Employment law
  • Tenacious
  • Detail orientated
  • Able to work on their own initiative
  • Comfortable with the autonomy of organising their own workload to ensure a comprehensive, professional service is provided to key internal customers

As efficiencies are obtained through technology the company are looking for candidates with excellent IT skills who are comfortable with organising, updating and maintaining online records and resources as the role will also be supporting with recruitment administration, placing on line adverts, screening applications received and working with the wider team on HR/recruitment/training projects experience in this area would be advantageous.If you are confident, self-motivated, can multi-task, have a strong eye for detail and can demonstrate that all important ‘can do’ attitude then you could be the ideal addition to this dynamic team.
