Loughborough employee is induction star

A Loughborough woman has been rewarded for her hard work and willingness to improve skills, by being named ‘Employee of the Month – February 2017’ by Praesepe Group – a national leisure services group that employs 1700 people throughout the UK.

Jessica Millard, 30, is a Team Member at Beacon Bingo Loughborough, where she has been working for the past two years. As part of her role she needed to complete several induction manuals that are mandatory for all Beacon Bingo employees, allowing them to do the job more effectively, while offering great customer service and boosting career development.

General manager, Andrew Collier, who nominated Jessica said: “Jessica recently completed all her induction books in a very short period, to an exemplary standard. This shows that with the right attitude and appetite to learn, anything is possible! She is a real star for the future.”

A surprise ceremony was held last Monday (6th March) where Praesepe Group’s CEO, Nick Harding, presented Jessica with £250 of high street vouchers, a special Employee of the Month badge and a certificate to mark her award.

Nick Harding added: “Jessica has worked tirelessly and she always gives her absolute best, ensuring the work she does is flawless. She has established herself as a very responsible and respected member of the team.”
