We are looking someone who can demonstrate impeccable leadership skills in a field role whilst working closely with key stakeholders across the business. Experience of managing a diverse team within a 24 hour operation is essential. As the role has responsibilities of managing a team of 7 Area Managers, c85 Adult Gaming Centres, and 4 Family Entertainment Centres primarily located across the Midlands and North of England – so regular travel to visit our venues is a must.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will provide strategic and operational management support in the delivery of service standards, performance and financial plans, as well as working with key stakeholders across the business whilst using great communication skills. You will proactively manage venue operations in such a way that the culture, values and standards are consistent with the strategic plans of the business and contribute to company profitability and growth. We are looking for someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge but instead has the grit and determination to meet them head on!
We are part of the highly successful Gauselmann Group of companies along with our sister (UK based) companies: Regal, Betcome, Blueprint and Merkur Engineering, and operate c180 venues (AGC’s, FECs, Bingo Clubs) with an estate over 10,000 machines.
