Bingo Caller – Cricklewood

We have an exciting position come available at our Cricklewood Beacon Bingo venue.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to take on the role of  Bingo Caller at our Bingo Club in Cricklewood.

About you and the Role:

As you will expect from a fast paced, seven day business, our busiest times are when customers are having fun with us, so working evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays are a fundamental part of this role.

As a bingo caller you are a vital part of our business. You will be the life and sole of our club taking centre stage when calling numbers, promoting games and injecting fun by entertaining all of our customers.

When you are not calling, you will take on the role as a Team Member. This role holds the key to making our customers feel welcome and helps create that fun atmosphere needed to deliver a great gaming experience!

We have 2 roles available working 40 hours per week over 5 days on a permanent basis.

The ideal Team Member will be:

  • 18 years or over (due to gambling legislation)
  • Must be comfortable with public speaking as you will be speaking in front of crowds of up to 2000 people
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Able to resolve any challenging issues that may arise day to day in a customer centric environment
  • Flexible, reliable, trustworthy and able to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team
  • Ideally have some catering experience
  • Comfortable with handling cash
  • Comfortable in promoting our products and services
  • Able to demonstrate their passion for customer service and have a friendly personality
  • Computer literate (e.g. Word and Excel)
  • Able to display a good standard of Mathematics
  • Able to speak and write fluent English
  • Bingo experience preferable but not essential

The ideal Bingo Caller will be:

  • 18 years or over (due to gambling legislation)
  • Able to demonstrate confidence with talking on the microphone and taking centre stage
  • Ability to speak clearly in a friendly professional manner and engage with all our customers
  • Comfortable in promoting our products and services
  • Ideally be experienced in a retail, hospitality, leisure or gaming environment
