From the first day with the business, employees are introduced to their role within the company. E Learning modules and workbooks help develop the technical knowledge to work within one of our venues and give employees the confidence to interact with our customers and give them a memorable gaming experience.
Personal Skills Training
There are many opportunities to develop and progress within the company, whether within venue or across our Head Office functions. Some of these are secondments, which have turned into permanent roles. To help develop your skills, there is a career ladder within operations and managers are given additional off job training. Additional workshops are available to develop areas within HR, Finance, Audits, Recruitment & Coaching. The company also offers Apprenticeships in many areas of the business.
Industry & Compliance Training
Understanding the ethos of the Gaming Industry is key. Our aim is to follow the 3 main licensing objectives by ensuring that gambling is kept free from crime and disorder, it is conducted in a fair and open way and we take steps to protect children and vulnerable adults. All employees throughout the company are fully trained on compliance and understand the actions and interventions they can take to ensure we are being socially responsible at all times.
