Supervisory

Our Supervisors play an important role in not only providing excellent customer service, but also building and maintaining customer relationships, working with the venue/club management to deliver promotions to the customer and ensuring that the venue operates within gaming legislation and within our company operating standards. Supervisor have additional responsibility to hold venue keys and take on additional responsibility when venue management are unavailable.
